This is one of the differences between Partisans 1941 and Commandos and Desperados – a clear division of gameplay into building-strategic and tactical parts. As a result, the base turns from a small dugout and a fireplace into a kind of industrial farm, where there is a sawmill, an armory, a workshop for the manufacture of explosives and medicines, and a smokehouse, and a chicken coop, and a hunting tower, and an infirmary.
We harvest the forest to erect all these buildings, and we need to go on mushroom-berries, fishing and hunting to feed our soldiers. Because the morale of hungry guerrillas is reduced – this is reflected in the ability of the charges to successfully complete the missions on which we send them from the base.
